A writer and actor with ten years of improv training, Fred was recruited out of NYC theatre to go to Washington DC to do what some call "theatre for ugly people"; In politics, he worked as a strategist and speechwriter for campaigns ranging from POTUS, to City Council races (some of whom did not disgrace themselves). Before his off-Broadway work, Fred studied and performed in London, acted in Regional Theatre in Memphis, and grew up in Boston. His recent work has been writing in LA for stage and screen.
